Program Description:

Managing the IT project effectively,  purely depends upon how well you  manage conflicts.  It starts with separating people from problems and tackling the problems by focusing on interests and not positions. This workshop will provide practical techniques for creating positive conflict outcomes which will have substantial impact on the success of project.
