Ever wish you had a private coach when you needed one, to help you through the difficult challenges you face managing projects? And wouldn’t more get done in less time, and increase your skill level as you go? Well, at GT ISLIG, we have brought back our ‘situational coaching program’ to fill this need.

What is this program?

The Situational Coaching Program is designed to help project managers manage through the difficult parts of their projects with more skill and less wasted time.  Participants with expertise in certain skills and/or areas of project management (‘coaches’) will coach others seeking input (‘recipients’) to:

• Work through a current problem in the management of a project
• Solidify a specific skill in the area focused on above, so it can be applied in any situation (the mature skill phase of the above point);
• Take any aspect of their project management practice at a higher level of mastery

Why Join the Program?

Recipients

• Get a current issue resolved with a coach
• Get more done in less time
• Fast forward your project management skills
• Increase your competencies
• Get to know other IT Project Managers
