key ingredient. It’s a life-like journey through a
typical business project, where teams compete to build a
bridge while coping with ever changing customer demands,
internal people and materials problems, lack of good
management and poor leadership. Participants learn
through their own mistakes in a harmless, uninhibited
environment and thus allowing them to assess their own
strong and weak traits, as well as those of their peers.......

By
Angelo Baratta,
President,
Performance
Innovation
How important is it for you to measure the business effectiveness of every project, remove projects which will never deliver a benefit and quantitatively develop project portfolios? The Value Triple Constraint is a simple yet powerful framework for generating high value projects and project portfolios linked to your strategy.
What we’ll cover in this Dinner presentation is the true measure of project success is the value actually delivered to the organization relative to the value that could have been delivered. enable process automation and capture tacit knowledge. Web 2.0
technologies provide the project teams with new possibilities
to explore and extend communication and knowledge management
capabilities with the intent of managing successful projects.

Good Scrum: Practicing the Fundamentals and Avoiding
Process Hubris
By
Douglas E. Shimp, CST
Doing Scrum well, consistently and still be able to embrace
change when needed is all about the fundamentals. As in
basketball or soccer, you are never done practicing dribbling
as in Scrum you are never done practicing fundamentals. People
often try to move beyond scrum fundamentals but, as this
seminar will explain that makes little sense. When people do
talk this way, it is usually just a misunderstanding of what
good scrum looks like and why it really works. This 1 hour
seminar will be focused on the elements that make up good
scrum. We will explore how those fundamentals can be used to
build complex products and excellence in applied practice.
Don't fall prey to process hubris. Click
