the world of
IT

models,
virtual
teams and
increased
expectations
of the user
community.
The workshop
will also
address key
factors that
contribute
to a
successful
outcome for
IT projects
by meeting
or exceeding
stakeholders’
expectations.
The speaker
will share
with us a
summary of
proven
principles
and
guidelines
that are
consistently
used by
outstanding
Project
Managers,
and can be

The Situational Coaching Program is designed to help

Participants with expertise in certain skills and/or
areas of project management (‘coaches’) will coach
others seeking input (‘recipients’) to:
• Work through a current problem
in the management of a project • Solidify a specific
skill in the area focused on above, so it can be applied
in any situation (the mature skill phase of the above
point); • Take any aspect of their project management
practice at a higher level of mastery
