Presentation
synopsis |
The workshop
is designed
to bridge
the gap
between the
theory and
practice of
Project
Management,
especially
as it
applies to
the world of
IT
projects.
Such
projects
have become
increasingly
complex, and
are
characterized
by
accelerated
changes in
technology,
new business
models,
virtual
teams and
increased
expectations
of the user
community.
The workshop
will also
address key
factors that
contribute
to a
successful
outcome for
IT projects
by meeting
or exceeding
stakeholders’
expectations.
The speaker
will share
with us a
summary of
proven
principles
and
guidelines
that are
consistently
used by
outstanding
Project
Managers,
and can be
implemented
and
integrated
into any
existing
methodology
or
environment. |
