Presentation Synopsis

Maintaining project sanity in an environment of ever-changing requirements is one of the main challenges of a successful completion of a software development initiative. While being tough enough to manage the changes while face-to-face with the end-users, distributed projects face the additional challenge of maintaining the users happy over long-distance relationships.

This session will explore several critical elements that are required for an IT project to achieve success while coping with multiple locations, diverse mentalities and various time zones.
