Professor Norrie is an entrepreneur, former Fortune-500 executive and currently Associate Dean, Administration for the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University. He has an international reputation as both a scholar and thought leader to industry. His proven expertise spans governance, organization strategy, innovation, social computing trends, e-business, performance management tools and processes, project management, leadership development and executive coaching.

Dr. Norrie combines his expertise in business and technology strategy with a track-record of implementing results-based performance management systems and practical advice that remove barriers to strategy execution.
