Presentation synopsis

What do we mean by a schedule baseline?
Generally most PM’s discuss and present schedule baselines purely in the technical context. Those schedules are generally technically sound and contain all the appropriate technical attributes for success, yet the project runs into scheduling challenges!

Romeo discusses the non-technical aspects of baselining a schedule in order to facilitate a successful outcome to the project. He presents a perspective to project schedule development that is seldom given much thought, yet extremely critical!
