This event will be a panel discussion where Project Managers will have the opportunity to speak with top industry professionals regarding topics such as current market conditions, hiring trends, resume writing, interview tips, as well as best practices in identifying suitable opportunities through the power of networking.

Facilitator Chris Mendes is a Project Manager for The Bank of Montreal under the Enterprise Systems PMO where he is responsible for the delivery and execution of Enterprise-Wide Data Warehouse related initiatives within Information Management. His previous role was as a Technology Career Manager for the Bank of Montreal within Enterprise Systems where he assumed responsibility for the career coaching and talent development of various disciplines throughout Technology Development with a focus on Project Management. Prior to joining BMO, Chris was a top ranked IT Recruiter with TEKsystems where he was responsible for placing a large number of Project Managers in Full Time and Contract roles within Financial Services clients such as TD Bank, The Bank of Nova Scotia, BMO, CIBC among others. He went on to an Account Manager role exclusively servicing the IT staffing requirements for clients that included The Bank of Montreal, AIG and Airmiles. Chris is a graduate of The University of Toronto and has supported the PMI GTISLIG in the capacity of Associate Director of Sponsorship.

Marisa Oldnall, PMP – Program Director for CGI
Marisa Oldnall has built her 17 year career on her success in delivering the full lifecycle of organizational design, business transformation, process development, behavioral change and technology related projects and programs to a client base comprised primarily of financial, retail, manufacturing, telecom, health care and the public sector. Most recently, her focus has been on helping organizations to build centers of excellence around solution delivery and operational best practices enabling them to achieve strategic corporate objectives.

Marisa is a program director with CGI's Systems Integration and Consulting practice. She is also the VP of Professional Development as a working board member for PMI's IT& Telecommunications SIG. She is a certified PMP and has a BA in International Relations. She has also achieved the Service Manager designation for ITIL/ITSM. She is a Microsoft Certified Instructor for the MSF and is a Project Management instructor at Sheridan College and a regularly scheduled leadership in project management speaker for McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business MBA program. She is also a popular, international speaker and facilitator on the subjects of stakeholder, program, project management, project office creation and business development, optimization, transformation.
  


Dianne Webber, PMP - PMO Delivery Manager for Cisco Systems Canada
Dianne Webber is currently the Manager of the PMO for Advanced Services at Cisco Canada. Her experience is with both consultative and project management services of the full SDLC nature. She is also experienced as a program manager providing long term outsourced application services using alternate service delivery for clients accessing though the internet for the services of a number of jurisdictions. She has lived in many locations across Canada and throughout Ontario and spent a couple of years in a position where she travelled the world providing consultative reorganization services to internal transforming departments. Her past roles have been with Unisys and Symcor. She has a history of managing Project Managers and has in many of her roles had the opportunity to add additional project managers to her team in both permanent and contract roles.
  


Rosa Maria Bonifaz, PMP Sr. Manager, Business Projects Portfolio for MTS Allstream
Rosa Maria is a Senior Manager, Business Portfolio and IT PMO at MTS Allstream. She has 10 years in Canada working at Allstream in different roles. Prior to coming to Canada, Rosa Maria worked with IBM Global Services – Andean Region as a Management Consultant. Rosa Maria has more than 20 years of experience managing large complex projects as well as has held senior positions within the Banking Industry, Education and Healthcare amongst others.
  


Adam PartridgeAccount Manager for TEKsystems
