Presentation synopsis

“Multi Project Management”

Most project management is burdened with templates, tools, fancy schedules, etc. However, most PM's have to run a number of small and large projects and rarely have the time to do all the bureaucratic nonsense asked of many organizations. Also, many team members are working on a bunch of projects at the same time as well and can't afford to use a lot of tools. This workshop will focus on providing some practical tools and advice
