Pedro
Serrador, MBA, PMP, P.Eng. is a project and program
management consultant to large international
corporations and a writer and speaker on project
management topics. He specializes in technically complex
and high risk projects, vendor management engagements
and tailoring and implementing project management
methodologies.
Mr.
Serrador has more than 16 years of management
experience. He holds an Hons. BSc in Physics and
Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, Canada
and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Scotland. He
is an accredited professional engineer in computer
engineering and has been a PMP since 2000.

project manager needs. Ensuring your stakeholders are
engaged and happy is critical to project (and project
manager) success. Those who have failed to do so know of
the pitfalls intimately.

presentation will give an overview of stakeholder
management as well as provide some practical tips to
improving your communication and relationships with your
stakeholders.
